Product warranties: All of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship and backed by the original manufacture. If you experience a problem with an item, simply return it to us (in its original condition and in its original packaging) within the warranty period and we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Prepaid return shipping charges are required. Terms Of Sale Most products can be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days. All returned / exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post. We can not accept C.O.D. shipments. Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without the return authorization number clearance. We will refund your purchase in the manner in which you paid. Shipping Delivery: We use either UPS Ground/Air Service or Federal Express for all shipments within the Continental U.S. unless you specify otherwise. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we ship by US Postal Service Air (U.S.P.S. - unless you specify otherwise) for the regular delivery charges. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (certain products requiring reconditioning may take longer). Expect your UPS shipment to arrive 1-5 days later. Adult signatures are required on all orders with a merchandise value of $100 or more (unless you specify otherwise). International orders: We ship worldwide and offer several alternative shipping methods, including U.S.P.S. (estimated delivery time 10-14 business days) and Federal Express International Priority™ (estimated delivery time 3-5 business days). Our delivery charges are based on the weight and size of your packages.
