We will not accept any returns without the return authorization number clearance. We will refund your purchase in the manner in which you paid.
Delivery: We use either UPS Ground/Air Service or Federal Express for all shipments within the Continental U.S. unless you specify otherwise. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we ship by US Postal Service Air (U.S.P.S. - unless you specify otherwise) for the regular delivery charges. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (certain products requiring reconditioning may take longer). Expect your UPS shipment to arrive 1-5 days later. Adult signatures are required on all orders with a merchandise value of $100 or more (unless you specify otherwise).
International orders: We ship worldwide and offer several alternative shipping methods, including U.S.P.S. (estimated delivery time 10-14 business days) and Federal Express International Priority™ (estimated delivery time 3-5 business days). Our delivery charges are based on the weight and size of your packages. Please contact us for a quotation for shipping charges outside the Continental U.S.
